When your mind or body is uncomfortable you get tired easier, because you are doing so much work to keep going. Taking little pauses helps you to disconnect from physical or mental stress. If you aren’t worn down by stresses you can reboot your energy level.

I have been teaching yoga for several years. A weekly class is great but if you can bring in little energy boosting pauses each and every day it is even better. Not only does it give you a break it helps you make a habit of taking care of yourself each and every day.

In this challenge, your goal is to try out stress releasing practice and do them a few times during the day. Share your experience with a daily post on how the practice worked for you and how many times a day you did it.

There are 2 ways to access the videos. Member Vault will contain the daily practices and you can comment there. If you like group interaction the practices will also be in a private group on Facebook. This way you can share your comments with others who are taking on the challenge with you. 

The challenge runs from August 19 to 23

 

Don’t think you have the time to make the changes you want?

Every time you take a practice you get a little time for you. You may even find taking a break, periodically, improves your output during the day. You do not need a lot of time, you just need to commit to being consistent.
